Jeddah: Algharbia, the development arm of Tatweer Company in the Western Region, proudly marks the graduation of participants from the Executive Leadership Program, held in partnership with Jeddah Municipality.
The program trained 20 senior officials, focusing on enhancing leadership and administrative capabilities to support Saudi Arabia’s sustainable development efforts.
This two-month initiative, developed with Oxford Academy for Training, aligns with global best practices in executive leadership. It reflects Algharbia’s commitment to nurturing national talent and strengthening institutional performance.
Eng. Mohammed Habis, CEO of Algharbia, emphasized the program’s role in fostering public-private sector integration and advancing Saudi Vision 2030. He highlighted that investing in executive leadership development directly contributes to national growth and government efficiency.
At the closing ceremony, participants were honored for their achievements, and Jeddah Municipality was recognized for its collaboration. Gratitude was also expressed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for their unwavering support of development and empowerment initiatives.
